Privacy policy

Effective 29 September 2026. The Croatian version is the legally binding one.

This page explains what personal data we collect on cirqonix.com and print.cirqonix.com, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. We only collect what we actually need.

1. Who processes your data

2. Contact form and enquiries

When you send an enquiry via the form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process:

• your name and e-mail address,
• the selected service and your message,
• on print.cirqonix.com also your phone number (if you enter it), the approximate quantity and whether the request is business or private,
• any files you attach (photos of the space, 3D models),
• the IP address and country the form was sent from (to protect against spam and abuse),
• for phone and WhatsApp: your phone number and the conversation.

Purpose: replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use enquiry data for newsletters or marketing, and we never sell it.

Retention: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 2 years after the last contact, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a job, data needed for invoices and contracts is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Photos may show what your home or business looks like. We use them only to assess the job and never publish them without your explicit permission.

3. Analytics and advertising (only with consent)

If you accept them in the cookie settings, we use:

• Google Analytics 4: visit statistics (which pages are viewed, on what device, and where visitors came from), so we can see what works on the site.
• Google Ads conversion tracking: records whether a visitor who came from our ad clicked to call, opened WhatsApp or sent an enquiry, so we know whether the ad is worth it.

On print.cirqonix.com we use only Google Ads, without Google Analytics. Your cookie choice is stored separately for each site.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 100 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act). Until you consent, Google's scripts are not loaded at all. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. 4. Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies do not require consent because the site cannot work properly without them.

5. Who else receives data

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, attack protection and the Turnstile check on the contact form (tells people from bots, without cookies). Processes your IP address and technical browser data on every visit.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivers contact form messages to us by e-mail.
• Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus): our e-mail provider, where received enquiries are stored.
• jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs: networks that serve the libraries used for the site's layout (Bootstrap, Font Awesome, gallery, animations). They see your IP address when the files load.
• Google: only with your consent, as described in section 3.

Where data leaves the EU/EEA (e.g. to the USA), the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The Facebook, Instagram and TikTok icons in the footer are plain links. Those networks receive no data unless you click them.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask for:

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• correction of inaccurate data,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing before withdrawal.

Send your request to our e-mail. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

7. Other

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply to an enquiry without a name and e-mail. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles that have legal effects on you.

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
